About the Company

The company was established in 2013 to implement a concession project for financing, designing, constructing, and operating on a paid basis a section of the linear object of the street-road network - the Kutuzovsky Prospekt northern alternate from the Molodogvardeyskaya transport interchange to the Moscow International Business Center that is called "Moscow City" along the Smolensk direction of the Moscow Railway.

Despite the active development of public transport, automobile traffic remains an important issue affecting travel speed and logistics processes.

Moscow Government Support Measures

In 2014, a concession agreement was signed, under which Moscow provides land plots and participates in financing the preparation of the construction territory, while JSC "New Concession Company" independently finances the design, construction, and operation of the highway. The investment volume for this project amounted to about 68 billion rubles.

The new highway "Bagration Prospekt” was put into operation in September 2023. The length of the new toll road section is 9.9 km, and the total length of all structures is 22.8 km. Bagration Prospekt has reduced travel time from the Moscow Ring Road to the Moscow International Business Center "Moscow City” by three times and improved transport accessibility for 1.5 million city residents.

The company recoups its investments through paid operation of the highway until 2054. Over 23 thousand cars pass through Bagration Prospekt daily.

The company also receives financial support in the form of subsidies for creating the concession object and reimbursing other expenses provided for in the concession agreement.
