The company "Gemamed" is a Russian high-tech production and distribution company that has been providing comprehensive supply of medical and preventive institutions with modern medical devices for patients’ reabilitation with excretion function disorders for over 15 years, being a reliable partner of Moscow healthcare.
Products
Within the offset contract, the enterprise has established production of over 40 names of medical devices (one-component and two-component colostomy bags and urostomy bags, as well as urine bags of various modifications). Until recently, about 90% of such products were produced outside Russia.
Increasing production volumes has allowed us to start providing necessary medical devices not only to Moscow patients but also throughout Russia.

Being located in the capital in the special economic zone "Technopolis Moscow" opens up many advantages for business development. Primarily, they are related to the scale of the consumer market. Currently, the company is already ensured with guaranteed sales of products for city needs.

Moscow Government Support Measures
The company cooperates with Moscow Government, participating in programs for state support of investment entities. LLC "Gemmamed" received the status of a resident of special economic zone "Technopolis Moscow", where, within the framework of the "Pechatniki" site, a high-tech medical device production was established. The status of a special economic zone "Technopolis Moscow" resident exempts the organization from paying property tax, land tax, and transport tax for 10 years. Also, until 2028, the profit tax rate for special economic zone residents is reduced from 20% to 2%.
In 2019, the company signed an offset contract with Moscow Healthcare Department for the creation of high-tech production for the development and release of modern Russian medical devices for ostomy patients (investment volume – 1.2 billion rubles).
Since January 2022, Moscow patients have been provided with modern medical devices for stoma care under the "Duoskin" brand, the production of which has been established in the modern "GemaTech" production complex on the territory of special economic zone "Technopolis Moscow" (Pechatniki site).
The signed offset contract has significantly secured the socially vulnerable sector – the rehabilitation industry. Successful implementation of the contract not only guarantees access to necessary medical devices but also effectively develops import-substituting production in Moscow.
Currently, LLC "Gemamed" has supplied to Moscow Healthcare Department amounting to over 12 million medical devices.
In addition, the company received a grant for interest payments on loans for business development from Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovative Development of Moscow.
